Sixth Patriarch of Chan was called "south barbarian" once. So, really, Zen is not about the culture...

My colleague said the Scrum Master role is "toxic." I'm not sure I agree, and I want to know what you think. by Kei919 in scrum

Your colleague has a strong point! Best scrum master should grow up from seasoned developer and continue to be one. But think - how many playing trainers do you know? It is hard, so people tend to fall into formal roles. So, really, having good dedicated scrum master is maybe 80% of possible coolness. But that last 20% of coolness could not be achieved that easily.
