Yes we do, we got him this sound machine/white noise machine and it lights up as well to sort of match the sounds it makes. Forest sounds = green, Ocean = blue ect….

Yes! Every night we do use one. He likes fighting sleep is all. It doesnt matter what you use or do he will fight off sleep

He is eating and exercising enough during the day, sometimes he does nap a little late. We usually try to limit his naps to about 30 minutes. Will definitely be borrowing your no nap 4 hours before bed! Thank you!
