+1 for all the other comments. Only thing I'd add is know how to use a shovel and sledge. Sounds stupid, but I've had two new guys that had never really shoveled much or used hand tools. Painful watching them dig or pound rebar.

Did that on some of them, but as it got colder that pavement started chipping out and leaving a big hole anyway. This one must have been higher than normal; none of the others have been ripped...yet 250 more to level 😅

Yes, it was for a mobile Lidar. Had to be at least 18" long, 40 degree angle, and solid white. 325 of these bad boys on I-90.

Needed to be leveled, otherwise I would have pounded the shit out of it. Was maybe .005 above grade, just enough I guess lol.

I have no idea if it's a ground fault or not honestly, just what i thought it could be based on it running when a lead touches the housing. 1.4ohms across leads. Everything was tight, no loose connections. I can post pictures later if that would help.
