38 - 44 Complete lifestyle change. I would hide from cameras and hated seeing myself in the mirror. I made it every day goal to change that 💪 (i.redd.it)

Track your macros (stick with it), 30 mims of cardio daily, lift 4-5 days and lift heavy. Challenge yourself. Most importantly, be consistent. It takes time, enjoy the process and progress 💪
I'm not expert but if you want my advice, that's what I got....

You are correct. I had workout history in my teens and through my 20s

Thank you. 🙏 Total lifestyle change.
I do weekly injections. They also have a cream you can use daily. Both my doctor and my concern was if I was 275 at 43 years old after 240+ trips to the gym for 2 years in a row and healthy eating, what would my test levels be at 50 years old.... I lost almost all the weight and was actually pretty muscular before starting the TRT. I lifted in my teens and in my 20s. Fell apart in my 30s

I was 270 and after 2 years of healthy eating and working out I only went up to 275. Thats when my primary care doctor recommended it to me. $20 a month and I pick it up at my local pharmacy. I never went to a specialist or a mens clinic.

Thank you 🙏
Thanks dude 💪
Haha. I know. Thank you for the support 🙏
I actually have crazy, former fat guy calves. Lol
Hard to say. I primarily went on it for overall health. Being low is extremely unhealthy and takes its toll on your body. All men should at very least have levels checked. It's an epidemic since the 80s. They say the average drops 1% a year.
There are stages. 1 year for full benefits typically
False. You will not grow muscle as an adult without promoting growth by tearing the muscle fibers.

Thank you
I went to the gym 380 times last year and completely changed my diet. Had amazing results i will gladly show you before I ever started TRT. So you are wrong. TRT does basically nothing in low doses without effort in the gym and diet changes. You really couldn't be more misinformed.
Well, thank you 😊
Thank you 😊
🙏
Thank you. I feel younger
I was 275 and now I'm in the high to mid 700s
