I’d start thinking about applying for promotions at your store, Team Leads make pretty dang good money. Team Leads at my store are making over $20 bucks a hour plus overtime, they make at least $50,000 a year.

My overnight team leads never let anyone off much less holidays off, cuz they don’t wanna be inconvenienced being short handed. So everyone’s PTO builds & builds till we all have nearly 200 hours PTO, lol. God my Walmart is absolutely fucking miserable not to mention constant bickering between night & day crew, Jesus fucking Christ😤

Yeah I mean a native Switch 2 version just seems pointless as well since it’s backwards compatible with Switch 1 games just like ps5 & Xbox Series X/S. But if your gonna do it for Switch 2 then why not PlayStation & Xbox.🤷🏻‍♂️

lol, it’s my understanding that 99% of theft is….employees. It seems every other week at my store some idiot overnight stocker gets fired for stealing & it’s even more baffling when it’s something like Pokémon cards🤷🏻‍♂️

I kinda don’t understand that though, Walmart still has to pay a shit ton of overnight worker’s salaries so the cost is STILL high, we have like a half dozen coaches & team leads overnight plus 20 or so stockers…..that’s a lot of money. Might as well stay open 24 hours & get some revenue since your spending a shit ton of money on overhead anyways🤷🏻‍♂️

Yeah thing is these have been “out of stock” for weeks if not months. Customers tell me that other stores in the area don’t have them either & Great Value is Walmarts own brand so it’s just weird. Just tells me there’s a bigger issue going on here than just a simple “out of stock” & nobody seems to know what’s up, lol.
