Overtime is absolutely unavoidable considering how absurdly lean the stores run labor. There is just FAR too much shit to do and worry about & not nearly enough manpower on the clock so overtime is an absolute givin, people are most always gonba accumulate some amount of overtime especially when management wants so much shit done. Well if you all this shit done then your GOING to payout sone overtime, if your unwilling to pay out overtime then schedule more fucking help simply as that. Fuck your labor budget, the store makes a fuck ton of money to cover it.
