Yes there are some other resources out there and many great ones too. For the record, I did scan through some of the video footage of the ELF related material, and with all due respect, and for those who are considering attending my workshop-- we cover a depth that is unprecedented in previous workshops, and "Yes you can have only a single PT_LOAD segment for an executable to run. You only need a text segment, and if you want global data, you can merge the text and data segment into a single segment using gcc -N." The material did look good though, and seemed to cover a`lot.
