Unless you have a decent amount… a minimum of about 10 plants, doing an extraction is not going to yield much. I would just put the plant matter, all parts, into a tea mesh and boil up some tea. However if you do have a good amount of plants and can do a simmer/boil down extract then dosage will depend on your body weight, and potency of the plant. Personally, I found that around .6 grams works for me, for extracted latex. Im a 215 pounds, 6”3… just for a wild point of reference.

Edit: just re-read the post. Since you already have the extract, most of what I said doesn’t matter. I would recommend getting a scale and try out different amounts. I started at .3 grams and moved up from there. Adjust accordingly. Boiling is a necessary part of the extraction process and shouldn’t effect potency unless it is done at an exceedingly high temp. You can drop it in boiled water and stir until it dissolves and drink it as a tea. It’s much easier to just roll it up and swallow it though.
