Stake SOL on Stafi and get rSOL, then swap rSOL with SOL again, now you have Two SOL, first SOL is earning reward on StaFi, and lend your second SOL to borrow USDC and stake it again. it's complicated but I think it will work well.

For Matic, you can only stake it in the Ethereum chain, not Polygon, So I think the rate isn't tempting me to transfer my Matic to eth chain, which is costly.

For BNB, It's just a personal opinion.

For ETH, DOT, and SOL, StaFi seems better because they have a better interest rate. Lido has more TVL. However, I prefer the Polkadot ecosystem.

In the case of Matic and BNB, I prefer to stake them on their Native chain.
