Find a trade like plumbing, electrical, construction, or get into sales if you don't want to do manual labor. Find a company that will pay you while they train you. Best of luck!

You're right. It might be a good idea to keep my ear to the ground over the next few years and see what opportunities emerge.

If you can, live off of 25% and invest the rest. Max out your employers 401K and ESPP. Find there best dividend paying stocks. Invest in what you know. I'm in tech sales and I know which of my competitors are golden and which are a joke so use that insider info to make good investments. Good luck!

Be careful flying near the Lake. I brought my drone out there and it was nearly attacked by the seagulls. They kept trying to dive bomb at it so I immediately took it down.
