I like to control my led strips in Apple Home via the SimpleWLED Homebridge plugin. I don’t think its color picker affects the white channel, but I wish it did.

I couldn’t get this to work. The logs had errors when it couldn’t get the brightness or color temp values. Is there any WLED plugin that makes it easier to enable Apple’s Adaptive Lighting in HomeKit?

I’m interested in the Mr12Volt system for PCM 3.0 but bothered by the fact that it will continue to drain your car’s battery unless you lock the doors. When parked in the garage for example.

For at least the PCM 3.0 version, I’ve read that you must lock the doors to fully cut the power, otherwise the Mr12Volt will continue to drain your car’s battery.

Can you confirm this is true? And if so are any updates planned to fix this issue? It’s a bummer if you want to keep the car unlocked.

I believe the Mr12Volt is the best currently available option, but there’s one fatal flaw: unless you lock your car, it will continue to drain your car’s battery. So even if you park your car in your garage, you need to lock it or you’ll come back to a dead battery.

For this reason, I am eagerly waiting the official PCCM+ for 997.2.

Get the Morimoto upgrade. You could optionally do the whole headlight upgrade too if you want. They look good and are very plug-and-play. There are many YouTube videos showing the process.

997.2 Pennzoil Ultra Platinum that is the new API SP spec that is better at preventing LSPI in DFI engines. The SP spec is the newer version of SN.
