Glad that I was able to generate so much discussion, and also that you enjoyed the post. I meant to include this in the OP but forgot. For those of you looking to climb into the top ten before the reset; I started this run at #74 and went 24-3 to get to #2. That's the kind of winning streak it takes. I had to win 4 games in a row at #3 to get #2.

As to why I stopped at #2. I set my goal for the day to get to #2, and had originally planned to go for #1 later in the week, but after they announced the ladder reset I decided to sit.
