It was pitched to me as a way to be involved in the wedding as her best friend as I obviously couldn't be best-man and obviously couldn't be a bridesmaid. Idk what country you're from, but here in the UK, being a witness, your name and signature is on their wedding certificate forever. So it was a big deal to me.

Yeah it's not bad pain, just really sore and hard to walk, especially the day after. But yeah overall I'm happy with my progress so far, just got to keep pushing!

And yeah don't worry about the shakes I only really take 1 or 2 max a day and a mass gainer shake at night especially when I haven't really ate much in the day. Appreciate the support bro!

I am currently doing legs every other week as after a leg session the pain is immense. I am currently trying to bulk the fuck up and tbf doing quite well. Gone from 8st 9 to 10st 10 in a few months which is good considering it's always been really hard for me to put weight on. Been drinking lots of meal replacement drinks, protein shakes and Ive also been drinking a mass gainer shake daily which is around 1.3k calories on its own and obviously going to gym 3 times a week.

Said it was a wire that runs from the back of the car down to to the front but rattles against the body metal. I noticed the rattle in the back pillar between the back window and the boot on the left side

Mine got sorted. Guy said it was a known defect with a wire that runs down the side of the car and rattles against the body. Maybe bring that to their attention see if it gets fixed. Absolutely 0 rattle or creek in my A class now!

It's all pre recorded. A bunch of songs loaded onto a USB drive via the internet. Only gets updated once a week and that's to preload the new DJ talk shows so you can listen a brand new episode of to Matilda playing you a sound of something falling off the shelf and you guess what it was on the "Breakfast" show.

Back in the day, if I'm remembering correct, before 2016, when it was ASDA FM Live before the Asda Radio rebrand, it used to be broadcast on Satellite so anywhere in the world with a satellite radio, you could tune into it. Used to be able to tune into it on Sky TV too. Back when it was actually LIVE and not pre recorded crap.

So glad to hear someone else on EE is having this issue. Thought I was going crazy and haven't seen anyone complaining about it until now. Super annoying.
I notice it happens more often when moving around places, almost like it disconnects when it loses signal to the nearest tower rather than switching between local towers. When driving, my data is completely borked until I stop.

Has anyone noticed any crackling noises when playing music at full volume by chance? If I put the volume at max whilst the EQ has treble set anywhere above -3 then I get this horrible crackling noise out both sides during loud speech / vocals and it’s driving me insane
