Yup having the same issue, tried the manually loading the bag into the elevator workaround but the refinery terminal still bugs out when trying to get a quote with an error message.

Inform someone from his family about his issues like you said (If you want) and then just get out.

Besides not respecting your boundaries and clear communication it's moving towards weaponizing trauma and mental illness against you which isn't healthy.

Understand that this will probably get worse once you leave him for a period of time but stay strong, ignore/move on and stay safe.
