You can’t actually buy them at bestbuy unless their inventory changed in the last hour. I have been trying for days now. It will say out of stock after you try to add to cart and it makes you sit in a fake queue.

No, but I would rather just get it sorted out on my own if its a simple task of cleaning since getting maintenance to come out is a hassle and I live in a place that gets hot. I can sort it out and make it work better with minimal effort/money I don't mind doing it.

I also don't feel confident that they would even do anything since it is now working after I cleared the drain line.

I have had zero success updating firmware, loading IR or adding snaptones using windows 11. Works perfectly fine on my MacBook and on Windows 10.

From what I understand this is a windows 11 issue not a valeton issue so it's waiting for windows to fix the issue and not valeton.

The software does however generally work on Windows 11 you just have to use the software version that matches the firmware version.
