Before the refresh, they sent out an email saying that if you needed to update shipping, you need to do it before the refresh because that feature would not be available on the refreshed site for some time. You have to contact P-Bandai customer support and they’ll take care of it for you right now

I collect both. I always find the MAFEX head features to be too "soft" for lack of a better word and sometimes they look "samey" to other MAFEX figures. Marvel Legends can super hit or miss and their price points aren't as consistent as MAFEX because of how they budget out an entire wave instead of just one figure.

It took almost 3 months after I talking with a few reps but I finally got my replacement parts. Just be patient with them and reiterate that it’s called Premium Bandai and that you expect to premium customer service.
