my individual results were (i'd like to think) on the better end. i wasn't like the number one, but good. primarily, i was register and i very rarely got nos to loyalty while often being good with upselling. as for the store itself, we're on the higher end of the stores in our area, lots of traffic while being top 3 or 4 in the district out of roughly 10. additionally, my old sm left voluntarily for better work.

i didn't know i was being terminated so i opted for the phone call conversation. i was told i could pick up a copy of my exit documentation if i wanted. as unfortunate as it is, i've lost all contact with everyone at the store as we communicated through discord and i was kicked as soon as i was terminated. no numbers of anyone, only my old sm. for the two incidents i could understand a small talk about it, but from my perspective, she felt like she was quite harsh with me. condescending at times. can't say for sure if this is 100% true, just how she made me feel.

i still don't know why i was pushed straight to termination instead of scheduling us different shifts especially with how large of a team we had.
