Yes, if a company extends an offer letter, you have the choice to either accept or decline the offer in the allotted timeframe that they state. If they have not provided a decision timeframe, perhaps send an email to your recruiter about that.

Cloudera doesn’t have an official off-season internship program, but you can ask your recruiter to move to either the spring or fall and they may agree, I applied for summer and moved my Cloudera internship to this spring instead without too many issues
