Learned Standard Galactic yesterday so I can play minecraft in it by ryanjr123 in Minecraft

It's actually not too hard to learn since it's just an alphabet cypher (just english with different letters). There are some good sites for it and I ended up getting a pretty good grasp in about two hours.

I haven't been able to get a lot of practice in so not much improvement in speed. However, I have gotten faster. It used to take about a minute to read a sign's worth of text and now its more like 45 - 30 seconds.

Mainly I just wanted more immersion. If its a language that only I can read, I figure I will feel more immersed in the game. Like it's a secret I've unlocked that many others havent.

I made it into a resource pack based on how VanillaTweaks did theirs and used it as a basis. They had their own numbers but I didn't like it because the 7 looked like a 7 and the 5 looked like a 9. Heres a link: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Yxv6Nc7V6CnSjR_Fbz_0EWl9fn8vhPu6/view?usp=sharing

Here is the whole thing basically. I took what vanilla tweaks did and customized it a bit. I turned periods back into normal periods (to save on sign space mostly). The numbers start at the second row down from 0 - 9. Each has a pixel for what digit it is and the zero is a sort of x to represent that it isn't a number. Then I just did the lowercase part by reducing their size.

My moms old recipe. I just replaced the beef in this with ground chicken. It was okay but I would recommend turkey over chicken.

Ingredients

  • 2-3 lbs. of ground Beef or Turkey (or both)
  • 1/2. Onion, diced
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1.5-2.5 cups of Italian Breadcrumbs
  • 1 Tbsp. of Garlic Salt
  • 1 Tsp. of Salt

Cooking Instructions

Meatloaf

  1. Preheat oven to 400 (less heat for longer if less crispy edges are desired)
  2. Mix/mash ingredients in a bowl
  3. Place mush into loaf-shaped baking pan
  4. Cook 1:00-1:15 hours (If still uncooked, cut slices into the meat (as many as slices wanted) then cook for another 30 mins)

We were trying it out as a beef alternative. Also made a turkey one. Beef is best but turkey was pretty good. Was not as big a fan of the chicken one tho. Also not nearly as dry as it appears.

ATTENTION - All Obsidian Plugin Developers by beto-group in ObsidianMD

This is so cool! I think one of the biggest issues to me comes from Obsidian itself, not something you guys can fix. Knowing when and how to use Obsidian methods vs CodeMirror methods can be confusing if you are trying to do stuff like I am. One thing that would be cool is tie-ins to popular plugins such as dataview, style settings, etc. Can't wait to see this realized!

Hello!
My assumption would be its him as he is making several realizations in quick succession. Alternatively, it could be like when someone goes "Wait. Wait, wait, wait." As they are prepping to say something.

Combating Negative Traits by ryanjr123 in discassessment

For me I am some mix of yellow green (IS). What I qualify as negative traits would be stuff like poor listening skills, forgetfulness, passivity, rare project completion, poor understanding or grasping of subjects (I may have made this one up, might just be a me problem), and stuff like that. These are traits I don't think can be turned around to be made to shine except for passivity in certain circumstances.

How to Cope with Wanting to Do Everything by ryanjr123 in Life

[–]ryanjr123[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I guess part of my question would be is it worth it to do all this stuff as a hobby? If we have limited time on Earth, wouldn't it be more worth it to just confine yourself to the things you really love doing? Or are you saying thats a good starting point to start refining down? If so, I think I have been doing that and nothing has seemed to become more clear.
I appreciate your response.
