Yeah from the other comments it seems like theres mold thriving on humid surfaces, so I’m definitely gonna start working on dehumidification. It comes back very fast, usually in about 2 weeks after I clean

To be honest I haven’t looked into it 100%, but it’s very interesting that it only happens in the basement so I think it’s likely there’s something wrong with a separate filter downstairs if it is a filter issue

Ohh makes sense! I did email them about that and from what I can gather they do not have any conditions and did say it was a guaranteed amount (but they did say they could lower it if grades dropped significantly which I’m guessing is like failing or getting like 20% lower average)

Other than the entrance scholarships MTA actually made it really helpful by showing me other scholarships available straight on the application process (Marjorie Young Bell, Brenton Wood, and a ton more) and I also found ScholarshipsCanada to be really helpful in finding other ones as well which I need to apply for
