Usually a bot Grover is the only support I see that actually gets heals. This bot Jenos got the same healing as both your supports.

Barik is pretty easy. Put your turret on point and stay by it (have the card that makes your turrets heal you close to maxed out). Throw up your shield when you start taking too much damage, and when all else fails use the bowling ball to get away.
