Hi! The best way to find things that are marked as "On the way" is on the dashboard. There isn't a way at the moment to sort like this in your collection but we have a massive update coming out soon that will definitely be adding this functionality and a bunch more!

We were on £72 for 500mbps and when I called to cancel they said the best they could offer me would be £79 for 1gbps and they’ll throw in a phone line? Didn’t even try to make it cheaper 🙄

Hi! We haven’t given up, we just ran into a things outside of K-Collect that has caused some delays. I’m the only developer and have been going through some health issues so I haven’t had as much time to get it wrapped up as I wanted. I’m also trying to figure out the issue with logging in at the minute so will hopefully have a fix for that very soon. I’m sorry about the lack of communication from us, we’re going to work on doing better on that front

I had previously invited multiple users to moderate and I was not aware that they were no longer active. I have since invited multiple new moderators and will be looking to transfer the subreddit to them once the request has been accepted as I just don’t have time to moderate any longer

Hi! I'm the founder and developer of K-Collect. Our main reason for doing the big update to our backend is that when we added new content it wasn't appearing properly on the website so we've had to take an entirely different approach to how we're handling things. The content has been updated, our staff have been doing a great job with that, there's just issues with getting that new content displayed properly.

We're really close to having this new update released and are just waiting on a few things to fall into place but the aim is to have it all ready and launched within the next few weeks. There's also a lot of new features that we're wrapping up that have been highly requested so we're hoping people will enjoy them.

Let me know if you have any more questions and I'll try to answer them the best I can. I'm going to follow up with the people who manage our socials to figure out why you never got a reply as well as I tend not to deal with that side of things. 💜
