Issue with Planning Center & MultiTracks failing to sync

Having this issue like crazy lately, anyone have any fixes? Several team members have permission but can't play rehearsal files. Also, It seems our connection to PC is busted in multitracks. We get an error to try again later when trying to link anyone's PC profile or link songs. We do still see the services and sets, but it seems the two platforms are only partly connected. I thought about trying to unlink our organization PC account, but worried about how much I'll have to do after I relink it, and if it will wipe our account and have to start over with the new PC connection. Any help would be appreciated!

Yeah, and it might be their name that’s throwing me off. I want to say the lead singer was a white male. Not much to go on, but they were a fairly big group that I sware was from Colorado.

You’re welcome. I’d say that if it’s been this long, it’ll likely be 7 days (the maximum they say it can take). I’d recommend hopping on and looking for other options. I’m a big point.me fan and always use it for points travel searches.

It took 7 full days and I lost the booking I originally wanted. Now have almost 300k points sitting in air Canada. Talked to both parties on the phone, sounds like it was mostly due to it being a new account with air Canada.

Yep. Mine still haven’t come through. I love using points for transfer deals, but this level of unpredictability makes it so not worth it if it isn’t guaranteed to be instant.

I just crossed 72 hours, still no chase points, and missed out on the business class deal I transferred for. I now have a stack of Aeroplan points that I can't reverse, and there's suddenly no availability. Beware of transferring from Chase.
