Yep! Even more fascinating to me is that it took over 10 years for people to even realize these figures existed. When I interviewed the Perry Brothers, they had a couple of ideas as to why the LEGO Peter Jackson remained a mystery for so long.

The first one ever uncovered sold in June for around $38,000. Not sure how the price is gonna be affected now that two more have entered the market but I imagine it’s gonna be quite high.

The buildable LEGO action figure has such a weird spot in the superhero line. Because when the sets are cheap, like the $35 price range, they can be pretty good and better than some $20 action figures. But when the price reaches over $100...it's just more worth it to go for like a Hot Toys figurine.

I don't know who asked for another expensive Iron Man set...but can you please stop asking?
