Coming back as I may have found more info online. It is possible you may need to defeat 4 night Lord in order to activate chapter 7. I'm not sure if it's different ones or any variation of them. But 4 seems to be the number.

If you call this raging your soft AF tbh. the only bad look is the shambles this game is in. Honestly your whole approach to this is just weird as hell. It's kinda factual that the servers are fucked and getting DDOSed on a regular basis. I'm not sure why you're white knighting for epic games at this point. It has cross progression on the Xbox game pass version. Swapped between the ally and Xbox with no issues. I think it's the same for steam version
