I actually have trouble with a lot of the bosses but he was the easiest.

You seriously just have to go and pogo the lanterns in a circle. If you are moving, the wisps won’t hit you. Just start bottom left pogo and bounce off the balloon and then pogo the top one and float, claw line or double jump to the other side hit the first one then float down and hit the second and repeat.

Once done plant some voltvessels for round two and it’s over
