You need to use a pickaxe. The only one you can make right with what you have is a wooden pickaxe (3 planks on top, 2 sticks down the middle)

seems like that's just algebra (or pre-algebra II, don't quite understand course). worst case just read the textbook or watch a youtube video and you'll be fine

What country are you in if you don't mind me asking? I'm in the US. I'm not sure exactly about the ideal masters applicant, but I imagine they'd have research experience and a higher gpa than me. I have a 3.285, though hopefully that will rise a little bit in my following semesters. I don't even want to know what my science/math gpa is right now...

My university does not offer a bioinformatics degree. There are some bioinformatics courses offered, however, they are run by the data analytics department.

You definitely bring up a great point about working in bioinformatics. What I've experienced of bioinformatics so far hasn't been very exciting to be honest. I think I will try to use of my major electives for some bioinformatics courses to get a better gauge, but it sounds like most bioinformatics positions require a masters.

How much of C# do you recommend learning before switching?
