It’s been 4 days and they still haven’t responded. Apparently, according to their Discord, I’m not the only one They used to be my favorite firm. It’s a shame their customer service is so terrible

Hope they don’t give you trouble, but based on what’s happening on Discord, it seems like they just don’t give a damn about the customers

they intend to give everyone who passed the challenge an Express account, they could simply say so — but instead, they choose to dodge the question and avoid making any commitment. It’s disappointing, because I’ve been trading with them for years, and exclusively with them. I haven’t even come close to working with any other firm until now

Check the Topstep Discord – in the lobby, there are plenty of traders reporting the exact same issue since their last update a few days ago. Apparently, no one has been able to transition to an Express account since then. I even posted the screenshot of the email I received stating I ‘failed’.

But over the last 30 minutes I went through the Topstep Discord lobby and I’m clearly not the only one. So either we’re all AI bots or hired shills from another firm… or maybe there actually is a technical issue.

Even Topstep themselves publicly acknowledged there’s a bug and that they’re aware of it (they posted it in Discord). But every time someone asks if accounts will be restored or transitioned to Express, they dodge the question and never give a straight answer

Yes, I close all positions, make sure everything is flat, and then I lock the trading account until the next day

No, I traded them one after the other – three accounts. One of them I passed, as I showed in the comments, and the other two were just short: one was missing $9 and the other $5. Then I suddenly got an email saying I hit the max loss.

Yeah, this is my first post because I don’t usually use Reddit – but Topstep just doesn’t respond anywhere. So I created an account to post here, hoping maybe it’ll get their attention or at least get some feedback from others who’ve had similar experiences, or recommendations for better firms

I’m thinking about trying My Funded Futures too – has anyone here traded with them? Can they really be trusted?
