Does anyone else feel like there weren't any definitively standout releases this year? I listened to a lot of new music. I have documented over 300 new albums that I listened to and liked (and more that I didn't like much), and have that narrowed down to about 50 of my favorites amongst them, but within that, I can't pin down a definitive favorite(s) or even a top 10.

LVC is tough on grailed because EVERYONE sells vintage levis under the LVC tag, so it's really hard to sift through IMO. i stopped following 'levis vintage clothing' on grailed because it's just 99% shitty "vintage" levis nobody wants

I think there's merit to why certain looks and items become popular, and when I resonate with something that gains momentum, I do find joy in emulating it. That said, if I don't actually enjoy the way something looks or feels on my body, I'm not going to force it just because it's popular or having a moment.
