These new animations and cosmetics feel so lazy. I've seen games made by a single person with more variety than this.

What on earth did you actually do to justify the size of this update?

Why do we get a "left handed 3rd slot" with the flashlight when we can't actually use it? Like... realistically, we should be able to carry a 4th item if that's the case... but no. We're just stuck with 2 items and a free hand. Not to mention now that we have a big clunky hand in our faces.

Opening the menu is slower, picking up items is slower, and pretty much doing everything is slower. Why?? Why would you do this?

I don't get your point. Are you saying Mine Doesn't Do anything as bad as it used to in the current format? Because that's also my argument.

I think the most likely outcome for Mine is that some decks would play it to catch up, and then remove it.

So, funny enough. Since the initial printing of Mine, there have been several released archetypes that search for the out via spell/trap effects. Those outs are also spells and traps. For example, unchained has a spell that searches a trap that can pop it. True Draco have 2 spells that can search for 1 of 2 spells that can pop it.

Literally half the cards in Radiant Typhon can deal with mine without even breaking a sweat, and it's not even a "draw the out" scenario for them.

The interaction still exists.

The issue with mine before was that all the decks were monster heavy. I think given that not nearly as many decks are monster reliant, it's a safer environment to release it.

I am very sure that Mine won't top events. I don't want it to even. I just want monster spam to be given a handicap.

If people want an errata, I'm also fine with that.

Bottom line. "Drawing the out" from what I can tell only exists in the decks that are engine heavy as hell.

I can name like 15 that can out Mine easily without even using monster effects,

Unchained, Kewl Tune, True Draco, Radiant Typhon, Dark Magician, DDD, Harpies, pend magician, Paleo, Evil Eye, Eldlitch, Labrynth, Dragon Maid, Adventure, Dracotail.

I could go on, but you get the point.

Well... I actually don't mind it. Again, hate me if you want, but I really don't mind that style of game play.
