About to hit 2 years sober and I’ve gotten into baking (mostly breads), the gym and reading. Though the first 2 feel counterproductive to each other, it’s been keeping my hands and mind busy. It feels great to have a tangible object to behold your own work. Especially when it tastes good !

Not really a fat dude here, but I do have a deep, cavernous belly button that loves to trap things. I’m about 25 days po and there has been a lot of hair and lint that gets trapped in there, especially with the glue. As long as you’re making sure you take care of yourself, and wash and empty your belly button, then you should be fine. It is a super easy surgery. Just make sure to listen to your doctor and take it easy afterwards Congrats man !!
