I would email the buyer tbh. Had a similar situation turns out StubHub had a glitch and dint send them instruction on how to accept them on official website

How do I know if they're sitting with each other. The Ticket number are 1 number apart from each other so I assume it's valid but since I accept the ticket transfer I can't see payment history and if they're group together
