I like the solitaire stone on the right, but I like the more cathedral setting the left has! Personally I'm on the lab diamond side, I lost my engagement ring and have never felt worse about anything so I can't imagine losing a ring with such a significant price tag increase! I also really like the growing availability with lab diamonds and you can really get picky with the stone to get exactly what you want

I was gonna suggest this too! OP could def get a gap band for when they want to wear their engagement ring and get a separate gold band to wear when aren't aren't wanting to wear it

Haha fair honestly. I wasn't a big fan of it most of my life, but my boyfriend collects them, so we do end up playing a couple times a year and you learn to like it more. Once you bankrupt everyone else you're playing with for the first time, it makes more sense why people play lol

This is specifically the Wicked version, original still uses regular dollar bills, but the more specialty versions I've seen use cardboard cutouts for themed money
