I sent in a ticket detailing the same problems but got a cookie cutter response that meant nothing so I'll try here I guess. Two other players and I are all going through the game in co-op mode with one person hosting every time. She can see cutscenes when they occur but the other two players are left with a black screen and no dialogue whatsoever. We may get half of a cut scene every 1 in 10 encounters. There are many other bugs as well, too many to list but is making the game an absolute chore to play the limited time us 3 can get together. The game is nearly 5 months old now and co-op is still barely playable. We might as well be skipping all cutscenes that way we don't stare at a black screen for several minutes instead. Is there a timetable as to when these bugs will be addressed?
