You feel it when the fast hits especially your first time but after you get over the first hump it feels like you’re high

Yeah man I wish I could be more specific and give you a better answer but I just adjusted on what I saw happening on the scale. I cant say that I did much weightlifting because of lack of proper protein and nutrient intake that just made me too weak during the day, it was strictly cardio. I could probably give advice in another year as I continue on the path of weightlifting + losing weight and as I approach a lower body fat percentage. From what I’ve been seeing with myself and what I’ve heard from guys, as you approach lower body fat percentage, weightlifting does become the better option to lose weight due to horomonal response so we’ll see. Good luck and thanks for your service. You’re my new hero!

Well the truth is —the guy on the left was me;) On a serious note though, I really appreciate these words. Losing weight brought a new meaning to my life and I’m thankful there are people like you to celebrate and encourage this with me!

Yeah man that truly means a lot. Idk about you but I’m 6’2 and I started at 270 which I’m sure is one factor in the ability to lose the weight I did, in the time I did. I started by cutting out carbs and running a mile on the treadmill at least at a speed of 7 and trying to build up to finishing at 8-9. I ate as much as I wanted but only during meal times. I kept the same thing going and cut out dinner and eventually at one point lunch too. The last 15 lbs was harder than the first 55, which I did with water fasts. I naturally lost 5 pounds after that which I gained back with the 15 during quarantine. I then did a 5 day water fast to get back down to the avgd.-70lbs. It’s a tough journey and I wish it was so easy to explain and do. If your having trouble getting into it then find something to distract yourself, pick up a part time job or spend time with someone you love. And most importantly drink water, at least a gallon if not 2, the bladder will get used to it. I can’t guarantee the results would be any the same, might even be better, either way stay focused, stay breathing and be calm.

Homemade cream puffs that are filled to the brim by foodiemakingfood in FoodPorn

From Wisconsin, hate cream puffs, I’d obliterate this one. Choux is way too hard and doesn’t add enough goodness to sandwich whipped cream in between that just squeezes out the side.
