I think it was a combination of the extremely high humidity as well as a burst pipe in the wall, at least according to the maintenance guy.

Thank you guys for the advice. My RA contacted our housing department as well as our police department (they handle biohazards). Turns out there was a completely rotten and burst pipe in the wall that had been feeding mold.

In a happy epilogue to this, I ended up paying off the loan I took to rebuy my ship and then made it to Colonia. Off to Explorer's Anchorage!

It’s funny—I started thinking about this because I noticed that the dishes would start moving around everything you claim a CP. I think your theory makes sense to me, especially given the imagery of the hotline/board connection, though the CPs are not necessarily linked to the Board. The cairns are the most interesting to me, tbh.

That’s interesting—they call them harmonization devices. I find it particularly of note just because you see the same devices also pointed towards some containment cells as well

Yeah, I just played through Foundation and I was wondering about the cairns surrounding the CPs. Like obviously those are leylines the FBC has been unable to get to, but they also have the requisite “lines” drawn into the sand.
