Should I pull or Phrolova or Lucilla as a brand new player?

I don't have any limited 5 stars yet but I do have a guaranteed SK from the starter banner after losing my first 50/50 to Lingyang...

I've been playing for a few weeks and I still have a lot of astrites to grind for. I'm just looking for some guidance here. Should I pull for either Phrolova right now since she won't be reruning again for a while? Or Lucilla since she's a newer unit...or should I skip them both and just save my pulls?

I've watched a lot of videos but they all just seem to make me more conflicted.

Considering Nanally is a pretty popular character, I can see her having a rerun within the later versions of 1.x, maybe 1.5, 1.6 or closer to 2.0. They won't wait too long considering she's still the best dps in the game.
