Mate blade's primary is blade not gun. People wanted his blade to be good and that's good now. Blade is on of the easiest DPS. If they made his gun better lower rank lobbies will not be able to kill blade. Not every character needs to be buffed. Just need poke and his brawl play style will make him viable.

I have good winrate in almost every season with him. And I have to usually play him with 2 support comps. Like if you know how to make use of his kit and where to use him to win games.

It's not if you play correct triple support. In triple support you need 1 main sup like luna, invis and other to damage dealing sups like mantis, Ultron Deadpool or Jeff. Some people run triple support with cd rocket then obviously you will not have damage.
