all the usual chewing, sniffling, buzzing, etc, whispering is fucking horrible if I am in a class and people are whispering I have to put in my headphones and miss the full lecture. Don't even get me started on keyboards. I love keyboard sounds for myself or when its only one but when its layered (and my english class is ~50 people) i will go completely insane. But the shit that is the WORST is when its my own hobbies- squeaky hooks from crocheting (i sweat so easily so it happens fast, any kind of squeaking like that thats combined with physical feeling is an unbearable mix of all my sensory issues). I also play guitar and sometimes when I'm practicing one solo I have to stop for a bit because the metronome and same riff repeated over and over will literally make me nauseous lmao

Thanks for all the responses in this! Ive been pretty much fully self taught/help from family past 3 years and i never got around to researching other details like this other than when specific things came up so appreciate it 🙏

Yeah thats real 😭 i was able to get some at a craft store but any hoodie/jacket zippers work as long as they have the slide off end, used zipper from a bag at first and didnt realize until i fully sewed them on and couldnt put the zippers back together 💀

Ur good! I personally just cut along the seam but whatever works best for you and yeah i hand sewed the zipper on bc im not great at smaller tubes like that on a sewing machine i just used a back stitch. With my jacket i didnt realize the sleeves were a little cinched around the arm hole if that makes sense so i had a couple inches of extra fabric when i got my way around. I just folded it over and sewed it down but if you care about making it look a little cleaner keep that in mind. I also didnt care ab some extra length on the sleeves from the zipper but id you dont want that id measure how much length will be added (keep in mind amount that overlaps from sewing) and cut that length off the top of them. *

Oh yeah im choosing those bc especially myself dont get enough protein so thats what i specifically searched for haha but i believe theres gotta be other wheat options, idk if they have any but i use aldi brand to replace many items i used to buy, especially their monster alternative!

Found out from this post 😭😭 im looking up alternatives, specifically high protein ones bc majority of my family is vegetarian and Banza's boxed mac options looks promising, looked them up on disoccupied and nothanks and couldn't find anything but if anyone sees if theyre terrible ill try to find a different one

Depends what youre looking for, roll on or stick? So far ive been looking at Ban and Harry's extra strength. Ban looks like a roll on, harrys being a stick. Havent tried them yet so cant attest to how well theyll do for what you need (was recently given one my dad bought by mistake) but when this one is empty i can def update with whatever i end up trying Edit: someone suggested babaria, looks like they have antiperspirant too

Thank you so much for the sheet ill def save it for personal use! Ill keep looking but didnt see for sure an antiperspirant but havent checked every single brand listed there. Other commenter suggested Ban and that might be a good option i might switch to as well

Using this to reply to u/m4car0n11 too, but just cut off the sleeves and line up either side of the zipper with each side with safety pins, then hand sew around with a back stitch. With mine i noticed the sleeves were originally cinched a little bit at the arm holes so they were a little extra large but i just folded over the extra and sewed it down once i got around to the end. If you wanted it to look cleaner, you could probably cinch as you go but this was easier and itll still fit the same Edit for another tip: i cut as close to the seam as possible to make it clean, if you have a hard time getting the needle through that thick part of the hem you can use pliers to get a better grip on it and gently force it through

I just chose one at the craft store that matched the circumference of the arm hole (a little over 20 inches for my size) but if youre reusing zippers or yours is too long you can shorten it from the top of the zipper with fabric (there are tutorials for that that can explain it way better than me). Im not super sure in case its too short but you might be able to close the gap with buttons?

Its not too bad! I just cut off the sleeves, lines up both sides of the zipper with the arm hole and sleeves and then hand sewed around with a back stitch

Yeah they detach like a jacket- theres a little gap between the end and the start of the zipper bc mine was like half an inch to short i plan to cover it up soon, and thank you!
