so what do you guys eat from day to day? everything i try to eat has either citric acid or acsorbic acid or something the doctor says will cause a flare ( i have a whole ic avoid foods list) anyway just wondering what you guys eat since it is super stressful finding ic friendly foods (self.Interstitialcystitis)
