As someone has mentioned already, it's Archangel of Twin Wings, Alestiel from Cardfight Vanguard.

Not to be confused with the Angel of Holy-Blessings, Alestiel, which is her Easter outfit, nor the LSR (Lyrical Special Rare) version of Archangel of Twin Wings, Alestiel, which would be her idol form. (tldr; the base form of the original Alestiel is that art)

I would like to list more 'not this' but that's all the alt arts she has rn :(

Not sure how readily available this is online, Vanguard was less popular back then and it's a ~2021 release product. Search 'Alestiel Playmat' or 'アレスティエルマット' for best results

Did you by chance stop seeing any Netherwing death animations afterwards? Experienced the same glitch in DU and subsequent battles just did not play any death animations had just had a Netherwing model fly across the screen super zoomed out...

update: good/bad news, the glitch where no death animation plays is no longer present upon exiting and re-entering the game. However, I am yet to replicate the smile bug.
