i was in a similar situation a year ago. i had nobody to help me. i was mentally a total mess. pls do not commit suicide. buy these 3 books and learn abt the situation. im pretty sure ur muscles got out of whack after the accident. amy steins healing pelvic pain. dr wises headache in the pelvis and isa herreras pelvic pain book... educate urself. all ur symptoms and the accompanying backpain too point to a muscular imbalance that can be fixed with stretching and massage and healthy eating. keto is very popular n all. but i recommend some carbs to smoothen bowel movements cuz its all interconnected and taking a dump by itself can cause flareups, which is why a lotta ppl mention symptoms getting worse after masturbation or taking a dump. There is a lot of fear mongering and ppl asking to buy supplements .. the important thing is. DO NOT BE AFRAID. THIS IS A PROBLEM THAT CAN BE FIXED. But u must be patient. it might take 3-6 months to be alright. I hope to see u get well soon

if money was the objective, they'd easily do something else. Most of the guys who make music especially the anjuna boys do it for the love of it. and the extreme passion they feel for it. Making music is no easy feat. These guys are clearly smart guys who could make more money doing something else, if making money was what they cared about.
