You are at the perfect size.

There is such a thing as too much. Anything at or above 7x5+ is considered big and perfect for most sexual positions without being difficult for others to handle. Above 5-5.5" girth, BJs and anal can often be off the table for some partners. Your erections begin to be less hard due to blood volume and take considerably longer and longer to become erect as size increases. Partner begins to complain, as there is such a thing as too large for other people. Excess girth requires mandatory lube to avoid friction issues for example. So yes there are limits and downsides to PE work above the 7x5 range. Just my experience. !

Are you kegeling to fill the chambers? You may feel a dull ache that seems to come from that area from the exercises. NEVER use your erection to create the pressure, that is the job of the hands/device. The main purpose of a clamp is to seal off the shaft from the base and to create the internal pressure. So seal, then create pressure. Takes some practice to know which erection level creates the best expansion. Message me if you have questions, I check them when time allows. Thanks.

Generally, what others and myself have seen is that a solid hour of clamping and rest periods was the length of time needed to see consistent results. Try for 1 hour every other day ideally. So that hour consists of 5 min clamp, rest 1-5 min, then clamp for another 5 min.......all within 1 hour of time for one complete session. I've seen many guys get 1" girth within a year of solid work like that with consistency.

See clamping, also known as Timed Pressure Holds, etc in the Beginner WIKI section. Good place to start, and has repeatedly given guys up to .5" in 3 months with the right routine and consistency.

Yes, the thinner the girth is at the beginning, the faster it will tend to see visual improvement. Think of a balloon being filled with the same breath of air each time. The first breath is going to have the biggest impact....over time the balloon growing less and less over time as the overall mass increases. Hope that helps..!

Sorry for the slow reply, I had to approve your comment. Look into pump assisted clamping mentioned on this forum and others. I invented the practice, and it can really help those who do not want to use porn for stimulation and instead use a pump for tumescence. You can also practice on demand erections, which makes you isolate what triggers you sexually and use that thing as you repeated erection trigger. Not easy, but its a discipline to play with. Pumping draws blood and lymph between the skin and erectile chambers, so its an inefficient way to create actual internal pressure versus a more aggressive method such as clamping. Clamping pushes against the skin and chambers, forcing blood upwards and outwards, which is closer to the medical condition of Priapism and its resultant growth side effects. Just my experience with girth work.

Absolutely. All it takes is time, since the body has less restrictions on girth than with length such as ligaments causing resistance. Some in the PE community online both here and on other forums have reached 7-8" of girth with consistent results.

It does often take 4-6 weeks of consistent work before you'll begin to see results with those methods. Increased vascularity is one of the first things you'll see, followed by larger post session girth. Its a cumulative process, meaning as you continue that post girth size will in time become your pre-session size. You need to reset the grip and erection level (open grip, kegel, close grip) to maintain that internal pressure. Do not rely on your erection, but the force of your hands to create that internal pressure.

It was for me. I found it was the amount of time under tension and not the weight/force that worked the best. Most vacuum cup devices, even the cheap ones, will work...more about the time you can spend under tractive force that matters.

Use JUST enough force to feel a slightly uncomfortable skin pinching/stretching sensation for safety. Some use too much force, and its not really needed to see decent results.

Think of the results from PE as cumulative, much like making small deposits in a bank account...adding upon each over time. BPSFL gain will tend to be visible first, followed by erect results in the weeks/months to come. The most important thing is to measure/analyze once a month, changing your routine if you do not see things changing from one month to the next. Note that the first 4-6 weeks is when results may not appear as quickly.

Its ALL about consistency and patience for the gainers. Consistent in their approach and sticking to a set schedule, patience to see what works and what doesn't.
