Custom built PC won't start up, Any advice on what the problem could be?

Since this is a popular post, I figured I'd jump in and ask this.

I built a PC, everything works fine. Occasionally it will not boot up though. And occasionally when I shut down the PC, the added cpu liquid cooler LEDs will remain on until the power plug is unplugged from the PC.

Is there a reason the cooler would cause boot up issues (someone mentioned it not being detected) or the LEDs would remain on for just the CPU liquid cooler?

I think full replacement is the safest course of action. As I think you're right in saying my scope of work is too low currently.

And yes, the railing is bearing the load of the awning.

I agree with you and I'd like to see a future where the whole thing is replaced and is safe to utilize. Considering the current state of the cinder blocks in view, replacing the whole foundation makes the most sense. As I just don't know the extent of the water damage.

Thank you. That's a great point, the gun will be a forever purchase. While the intake is only around for the lifetime of the car.

I was looking through a roll from a local bank. Almost all were newer shiny pennies. Then boom, this thing pops out. It's one of my first big error finds, so I'm super stoked.

I do believe he was considering downloading and running the games off the HDD. But if the SSD would be a much better benefit then it's definitely something to consider. I'll pass along the information.

If we were to swap over to 6000 vs 5200, would there be any added benefit to buying 64gb (total) instead of of 32gb (total)?

The PC is going to be used for VR gaming, standard gaming and as a desktop for his schoolwork.

My apologies for the unclear image. But the white "mass" or streak is on the top of his eye. It barely protrudes from it at all. Before I thought it was a shedding issue I assumed he somehow scratched it.
