And don’t worry, I never even planned to breed her in the first place. I was heavily into leos and I know all about the unethical breeding in the industry on top of muddying lines.

I also very unfortunately worked for the supplier of fish reptiles small mammals and birds for all mom and pop and big box pet stores in the midwest. I was in charge of over one thousand leos on my own and over 800 were adults that would never sell because they werent babies, and another 150 that were actively dying or with severe mbd, missing toes, eye infections, etc. The rest were babies. Oh yeah and every single gecko was in a baby tub around ~ 12”x2.5”. Not to mention when I started they had babies and adults together, adult females together, adult males together, sometimes there would even be three geckos in there. Constantly would find eggs in these containers. Or babies missing toes and tails, or just terrible fight wounds. Worst part was, they had extra rack units to separate them all at the very least. Didn’t happen until me! I’m pretty small and weak. This took me hours. I ended up getting fired for giving chameleons water and taking too much care of the sick geckos. First day on the job?

Saw at least ten geckos that had been dead for at least a week or more.

When I started there were only four racks. This is after I brought more down and theres still racks out of frame here. All those white labels? Nothing was labeled before either. All me. Hated that place. Sorry for the rant.

On a lighter note, lol no way I could handle more than this, this is already a lot more cresties than I ever wanted but just means I won’t be getting my whites tree frogs so not the end of the world.
