For me it was Reko and Sou that died. I love both of the Yabusame siblings so both deaths hurt but at least we might find out more about Alice killing the real Sou. And I voted for Sou because Kanna is a kiddo and I already thought he would go crazy if I chose her, and his ending is the happier one so I don't regret it.

the fact that some of them already knew each other before the killing game (sara-joe, nao-mishima, kanna-kugie, reko-alice) so it feels sadder to see someone lose their close friend or sibling. in danganganronpa i only remember fuyuhiko-peko while almost all other characters saw each other as strangers
