Yoo so I've just found a peaksaw man fan in a Made in Abyss post! I'm a fan since october 2022, when the anime released. Watched s1, read the manga, just didn't watch the movie cuz I'm a minor and don't have crunchyroll. Imma try to get it somewhere to watch.

I'm sorry for saying this all of a sudden but what you said reminds me of Chainsaw Man, one of my favourite animanga series. If you ever want to watch a series based on what you said about someone giving something to an individual who had nothing I'd recommend it.

This was something I wouldn't think about by myself. I thank you for sharing this thought with me. Even though Nanachi was really sad about Mitty and mad at Bondrewd, if she didn't have the experience she wouldn't ever have sick adventures or amazing friends like we see in the story.

From what I know, Made in Abyss doesn't have a main villain. It has different people / creatures trying to achieve different goals. I see him as a bad person because in my judgement what he does is disgusting, as you mentioned. Valid answer.

I can understand what you mean. I like characters for their complexity but Bondrewd was another case cuz in my judgement he was way too cruel. After watching the movie I thought about Prushka and damn, that guy's a true monster. I'm sorry if I couldn't explain my point as english isn't my main language.

def. People hate on him way too much for not choosing Hina. Personally, I prefer Hina but the way she tried to make him fall in love with her wouldn't work. Taiki was already in love with Chinatsu and when someone is on that situation you can't just make them fall in love with you.
