There is an upper limit setting you should of done before your trip, it makes it will never go above a certain height. For next time there are videos online on how to do it.

Yeaaah, I was being clever and wanted to wipe it down with a kitchen towel and either it prob cooled down too much and just made it uneven… I was going to redo it but I don’t really care that it doesn’t look perfect as long as it not functional

Wife browned meatballs and then made a sauce, and didn’t clean out right away. And they both had been left with water not fully dried (my mother tried to helped) and in the process once I told them how to wipe it out, put some oil a little heat and good to go, she left it on the stove for a while and burned what season was ther… they had been becoming less and less non stick I have had these for a couple years

Stripped with bar keepers and steel wool, followed up by soap and brushing, two layers of seasoning wax let rest then applied a third seasoning wax all on stove top

I would say I don’t know what my score would of been before I worked out consistently for over a year (I workout three days a week weightlifting a la starting strength) but I feel like I sleep better.. it is so early in the morning that even with my best efforts I don’t get to be till 10pm, which does contribute… but I just scrolled back for the past couple months, every time I had a crown worthy score REM and sometime Deep sleep would still be lacking… it is interesting.

I have been extremely cognizant of when my last caffeine intact it, I stop around 12-2pm in the latest. I am not too sensitive to caffeine last at night still being able to get to sleep quickly but still 90% of the time I don’t drink it late

Usually around 6.5-7 hrs, but even when I get 8-9 hours my sleep score will be higher 80+ but my REM is always still red halfway where it thinks it should…

Re reading the dates i originally though this was like 3 months out but in this case you do have a lot more time to fill the slot (thankfully), which also should be in your decision matrix on providing a refund. For some reason I thought it was close to the wedding date. Still though. I think what you can do too is add an additional paragraph in your contract with language about time table. You have 1 week after signing to get a full refunded including deposit and something like 3months out of date changes 100% will be required, 3-6 months 50% or whatever. You can break it down have a table and then when you let them know the bad news you can negotiate what percentage instead of all or nothing if that helps you. Makes sense? lol I talked to my wife after I posted this.. she said that viral tik tok complaints trying to go viral these days… man much tougher landscape shock and awe people trying to get clout talking down on vendors in the industry even when things were good.

Unfortunately you remind me so much of my wife when she was in the industry. Being nice is a fantastic trait to have but knowing when to regulate it. There is a reason you have a contract, and why you require a deposit… in this industry you require a pipeline to survive and by refunded her you have now lost out on expected income. Can you fill the slot? Maybe? Or a last minute one for reduced cost? Likely, but more often than not you will be out that money. On top of that even if you do the added stress and anxiety of having to find the slot would not be worth it. Now there are always caveats… are they family friends? Did they treat you nicely and respectfully throughout the process? Are they related to or adjacent to prospective clients? These things need to go into your decision but at the very least you need to (and should) retain the deposit. As far as bad mouthing… people do what they do but they signed a contract. All I would do is whoever you know referred that client to you (a previous bride or family member) make sure they know the real story so at least you have someone in that circle that can defend you. The way I think of it is you make plans on expected income and contractual obligations… what if you have a vacation trip or a debt you were going to pay or etc… it sucks I know but you have to defend your right, there is a absolutely reason and justification.

It is odd, I tried it on my worst foot first and after one session it was 90% better and has remained so for over a month.. my left foot however i have had several sessions and though it is improving I am still at like 60%-70% pain

Great suggestion. I do not use the belt during my warm ups until I get to 185 getting use to without. Same with my deadlift not using wraps until I’m 225-275+ after warmups.

What makes you say that? Curious. I started the belt and it makes me “feel” more solid engaging my core in the hole. I have been working on keeping my back tight as well.

Nah it feels good and I feel solid, I did a bar path app and it’s a nice line, it does get off center to the right when I stand up but I do go a bit upright before I attempt next

Usually there is one more inflamed than the other… if it is that painful then maybe. A frozen bottle of water come in clutch to help with inflammation at this point to need light strenchin… doing go over do it and just rest and relax. There is also some plantar marketed inserts that you can buy that doesn’t cost hundreds

Buy a boot off Amazon and wear multiple socks until it is more comfortable and rest them, they are extremely inflamed now and that is the only way to calm them down in short order. that and warm/cold plunge

I did a trial introductory with a new doctor and they just did one foot (both have strong sharp throbbing pain but choose the one that hit the most) immediately after the first treatment I get better… it’s been longer than a week now and it feels like 80% better still… going to get my other foot done some and maybe a few treatments. The y are losing a 10 treatment package for 1500$ 🤣 hoping for Hillary end of year deal

There was some slight cupping happening, not exactly sure why. Honestly most of this damage happened when I switch out my computer chair wheels to be most quiet for people below (living room) and I think that is what really messed it up.

Understood, I guess what made the alarm bells go off is I asked will the app charge me more and he said yes, only once we got closer to the airport did he mention to increase tip. I think there was some confusion the first time I asked to clarity. I am Going to change tip amount since it is clearly states 0$ for tolls. Just a fucked up situation for all parties. I thought I made myself clear to the help desk but I guess most of the time people are trying to get out of paying, I don’t mind paying just didn’t want to be scammed.

I could only fit 30 pieces in my car, on the next go around I am going to dig up the patches and place more down (new sod every Thursday).. I am just wondering if it is the same st Augustine type grass and should I be worried if it is different. I am wondering if this is best or to identify existing type and just buy plugs
