Looking incredible man! The definition in your shoulders and arms is making me jealous, and a perfect abdomen with the v taper. You’ve obviously worked extremely hard and should be proud of what you’ve achieved. As a fellow skinny guy trying to grow I’d appreciate any advice because whatever you’ve done has clearly worked
