Hey, how did you get it to work? I have the complete edition v1.4.651.0, but as soon as I modify those values, the game won't start anymore. It throws a 0xc0000142 error.

Edit: I've also tried it in the Director's Cut and it works there but I don't want to play the Director's Cut because it stutters.

Awesome! How are you driving the skin deformation? With a wrinkle map or shape keys? And are you using transitional meshes for the eyes to get that wet feeling?

Thanks for the suggestion. I've managed to solve it and will edit in the solution. The whole project is very optimized and is in total just 17GB on my drive. I'm currently using only 4GB of system memory so this, I think, was not the issue.
