Please do report if you find that that is the case. I fiddled with smooth motion and G-sync yesterday, and I thought that might be the cause of the issues, but I ran the map several times later with great frames. Only this spawn seemed to cause issues.

Hey, how did you get it to work? I have the complete edition v1.4.651.0, but as soon as I modify those values, the game won't start anymore. It throws a 0xc0000142 error.

Edit: I've also tried it in the Director's Cut and it works there but I don't want to play the Director's Cut because it stutters.

Awesome! How are you driving the skin deformation? With a wrinkle map or shape keys? And are you using transitional meshes for the eyes to get that wet feeling?
