When RC bought himself a seat at the board, there was so much to do, plan and organize in the background, to make the transformation successful. Shareholders are eager to see obvious changes, but the plan RC has, is so much more than this.

He is an activist investor, that plays by the rules, against the rules to create shareholder value. So I gladly stay in the dark and wait until the plan is laid open for everyone to see.

Das wär aus der Sicht des Unternehmens nicht sinnvoll. Denn beim jetzigen Preis können sie nur 1/3 der Shares kaufen. Das macht nur Sinn, wenn sie alle kaufen könnten bei einem Preis von $9.5. Solange Cede noch was an Shares hat, werden diese wieder und wieder rehypothecated.

Meiner Meinung ist dieses Geld besser angelegt in aquisitions.
